Blue Star confirms completion of sale of its MedTech business from unit Blue Star Engineering and Electronics to Cyrix Healthcare, effective September 1, 2026. The division earned Rs 42.13 crore in FY26, about 0.33 percent of consolidated income. Total deal value up to Rs 40 crore, paid in tranches with final payment by March 31, 2027. Buyer Cyrix is unrelated to promoters and the deal is not a related-party transaction.
Minor divestment sharpens focus on core engineering segments. Limited near-term financial impact given small share of consolidated income.
