Bluspring Enterprises Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary Bluspring New Horizon Two Private Limited, has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% of LSG Sky Chefs India Private Limited for a cash consideration of INR 129 Crore (enterprise value). The acquisition covers only the Bengaluru operations of LSG India, with other operations being carved out prior to completion. LSG India had revenue of INR 101 Crores and profit after tax of INR 10 Crores for FY2025. This acquisition marks Bluspring's strategic entry into the aviation catering sector, providing access to in-flight catering facilities at Bengaluru Airport until 2039, and complements the company's existing food services vertical. The deal is expected to close before August 31, 2026, subject to customary conditions.
This acquisition is positive for shareholders as it provides Bluspring entry into the high-growth aviation catering sector with a contracted position at Bengaluru Airport, expanding both revenue and margins through a complementary business vertical.
