Board approved appointment of Mr. Nitin Jain as Whole-time Director and CFO and Mr. Vijay Patel as Whole-time Director, both from August 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Nilamadhabasisa Das to be re-appointed as Director. Approved Director's Report, Corporate Governance Report and MD&A for FY ending March 31, 2026. 22nd AGM scheduled for September 25, 2026 via video conferencing.
