Board approves auditor change, new CFO, 3 independent directors

Board met on Aug 5, 2026 and approved several changes. Statutory auditor PAMS and Associates resigned effective June 12, 2026 citing geographical constraints (firm in Bhubaneswar, company in Mumbai). Lipika and Associates appointed as new auditor to fill casual vacancy till next AGM. Mr. Vikrant Kayan appointed as CFO and re-appointed as Managing Director for 3 years. Three new independent directors appointed for 5 years each: Iranee Tripathy, Manoj Batham, and Navneet Khare. Also approved shift of registered office within Mumbai, MOA and AOA amendments, and a new current bank account.
