Board approves new CFO, Whole-time Director; 22nd AGM set for Sep 25

Board met on Aug 31, 2026 and approved: appointment of Nitin Jain as Whole-time Director and CFO, appointment of Vijay Patel as Whole-time Director, and re-appointment of Nilamadhabasisa Das who retires by rotation. Also approved the Director's Report, Corporate Governance Report, and MD&A for FY ended March 2026. The 22nd AGM is scheduled for Sep 25, 2026 via video conferencing. Register of Members will be closed Sep 19 to 21 for AGM and dividend. E-voting window is Sep 22 to 24, with cut-off date Sep 18.
