Board meeting outcome: new WTD and CFO appointed, 22nd AGM set for Sept 25

At the August 31, 2026 board meeting, the directors appointed Mr. Nitin Jain as Whole-time Director and CFO, and Mr. Vijay Patel as Whole-time Director, both subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Nilamadhabasisa Das offered himself for re-appointment on retirement by rotation. The board also approved the Directors Report, Corporate Governance Report, and Management Discussion and Analysis for FY ended March 31, 2026. The 22nd AGM will be held on September 25, 2026 via video conferencing, with e-voting open from September 22 to 24, 2026. The trading window reopens from September 3, 2026.
