Board overhaul: New MD, CFO, auditor and 3 independent directors appointed

Board meeting on 5 Aug 2026 approved major changes. M/s. Lipika and Associates appointed as new statutory auditor for 5 years (FY27 to FY31) replacing PAMS and Associates who resigned mid-term citing geographical constraints. Mr. Manoj Batham appointed as MD for 3 years and also as CFO. Three new independent directors appointed for 5-year terms each. Corporate office shifted to Mumbai Andheri.
