Board reshuffle: new director appointed, MD removed for absenteeism

Brandbucket Media & Technology announced four board changes. Ms. Sonali Mahesh Kamble is appointed as Additional Director effective July 15, 2026. Managing Director Ms. Nishigandha Keluskar ceased under Section 167(1)(b) of the Companies Act after being absent from all board meetings for over twelve months from January 2025 to June 2026. Mr. Sanjiv Hasmukh Shah resigned from directorship. Mr. Amol Rokade shifted from Independent to Executive Director, all effective June 15, 2026.
