Board Restructure: Director Resignation and Two New Independent Directors

At the December 3, 2025 Board meeting, Rushabh Precision Bearings made several changes. Director Mr. Praveen Chandola resigned from the Board to focus on his CFO role. Mr. Raj Kumar Sethi was redesignated from Executive Director to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Two new Additional Independent Directors were appointed for 5 years: Mr. Robert Jonathan Moses and Ms. Namrata Sharma.
