Reg 32 non-applicability filing for Q2 FY26

Bombay Potteries & Tiles has informed BSE that SEBI LODR Regulation 32 does not apply to it for the quarter and year ended September 30, 2026. The rule applies only when a listed company raises funds via public, rights, preferential, or QIP issues.
