Bondada Engineering Ltd has received a Government Order (G.O.Ms.No.42, dated 22 May 2025) from the Government of Andhra Pradesh for a 2000 MW AC / 2600 MWp DC solar power project across Ananthapuramu and Sri Sathya Sai districts. The project carries an investment value of Rs. 9,000 Crores, to be executed within 24 months through wholly-owned subsidiary Bondada Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd. With this allocation, the company's order book rises to approximately Rs. 14,000+ Crores. The company also projects additional IPP (Independent Power Producer) revenue of Rs. 145 Cr in FY27, Rs. 580 Cr in FY28, and Rs. 1,160 Cr annually from FY29 onwards for 25 years. The project is expected to create 3,900 jobs in AP.
This is a major order win that significantly expands the company's order book and adds long-duration revenue visibility through IPP operations, likely boosting investor sentiment and medium-term growth outlook.
