Borosil Ltd has announced a leadership transition effective May 20, 2026. Mr. Shreevar Kheruka, son of Non-Executive Chairman Mr. Pradeep Kumar Kheruka, has been re-designated from Managing Director & CEO to just Managing Director. Concurrently, Mr. Rituraj Sharma, who previously served as President and Senior Management Personnel, has been appointed as the new CEO and Key Managerial Personnel. Sharma brings over 20 years of experience with the company across operations, sales, distribution, and strategic management. There is no change to the Board composition.
The appointment of an internal leader with deep company knowledge as CEO may provide continuity and stability. The re-designation of Shreevar Kheruka removes him from the CEO role while retaining him as Managing Director.
