Boston Bio Systems Limited held a board meeting on May 12, 2025 that resulted in a sweeping leadership change. Four members resigned with immediate effect — Managing Director Pratik Satish Patil, Additional Director Seema Baghel, Executive Director Sadhana Satish Patil, and CFO Manpreet Doad Powani — all citing 'pre-occupation and personal commitments.'
