Brady and Morris Engineering Company approved Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026) unaudited results. Revenue from operations fell to Rs 1,745.99 lakh from Rs 1,984.37 lakh YoY, about a 12 percent decline. PAT stood at Rs 137.13 lakh versus Rs 153.95 lakh last year, helped by an exceptional gain of Rs 34.11 lakh. EPS was Rs 6.09 versus Rs 6.84. Auditor R.K. Doshi and Co LLP gave an unmodified review report. The Board also approved the notice of the 80th AGM on September 26, 2026.
Topline decline of about 12 percent YoY and lower PAT may weigh on sentiment, though exceptional gain cushioned earnings.
