GlobalBees, a subsidiary of Brainbees (FirstCry), signed an MoU to sell its full 51.54% stake in step-down subsidiary Mush Textile for Rs 5.69 crore. Mush contributed just 0.13% of revenue (Rs 11.34 crore) and 0.04% of net worth in FY26. The Mush and BePlush brands together did about Rs 16.12 crore. Buyers are existing shareholders Nihar Gosalia and Vaishvik Brahmbhatt, unrelated to the company. Expected to close by October 15. GlobalBees will book a capital gain.
Minor non-core divestment with negligible revenue impact; small capital gain expected. Likely neutral for shareholders.
