Brainbees Solutions (FirstCry) has completed the internal restructuring announced on December 26, 2025. Its subsidiary Swara Baby Products has acquired 100% stake in fellow subsidiary Solis Hygiene by issuing 70,92,200 equity shares of Swara Baby. In exchange, Brainbees gave up 52,890 Series A1 shares in Solis Hygiene and received 56,26,738 additional shares in Swara Baby. As a result, Brainbees' direct holding in Swara Baby rose marginally from 75.92% to 76.59%, and Solis Hygiene has now become a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of Brainbees with 76.59% indirect control.
