Brigade Group has partnered with Primus Senior Living to launch three senior living communities across Bengaluru and other South Indian cities. The projects carry an expected Gross Development Value (GDV) of around Rs. 750 crores and will add roughly 600+ units to their combined senior living portfolio. Two of the three projects will be integrated within Brigade's larger township developments, offering access to shared amenities such as wellness centres, medical bays, and hobby lounges. Brigade already operates one senior living community (Parkside at Brigade Orchards) since 2017, and this partnership builds on that experience.
