Brigade Enterprises has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a premium residential project on 5.6 acres in Kompally, Hyderabad, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹850 crores. This expands Brigade's growing presence in Telangana, where it already has projects like Brigade at No.7 in Banjara Hills, Brigade Citadel, Brigade Gateway at Neopolis, and Brigade Enclave. The company plans to deploy around ₹5,000 crore across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail in Hyderabad over the next 3-4 years. This project follows a previously announced four-acre development in Neopolis that is in advanced design stage.
The ₹850 crore project adds a significant pipeline to Brigade's order book, reinforcing its growth trajectory in Hyderabad's high-demand residential market and signalling strong execution capability to investors.
