Board approved Mr. Ravindra Kondamuri as new CFO (KMP) from Feb 1, 2026. He has 20+ years of experience across pharma, healthcare, semiconductors and manufacturing. Separately, Mr. SL Narayana Raju, who was approved by shareholders (85% votes) in April 2025 as CFO but could not be appointed due to legal or regulatory constraints, will now serve as COO on advisory basis from Feb 1, 2026. He is not designated as KMP.
The CFO change brings experienced finance leadership. The prior shareholder-approved CFO appointee joins in advisory role due to regulatory hurdles.
