Brookfield India REIT has allotted 10,93,75,000 units (approximately 10.94 crore units) to eligible institutional investors at ₹320 per unit. The issue price carries a discount of ₹7.33 (2.24%) over the floor price of ₹327.33 per unit, in line with SEBI REIT regulations. After this allotment, the total number of outstanding units has risen to 74,93,85,513 (approximately 74.94 crore units). The placement was approved by the Issue Committee via a circular resolution dated December 10, 2025.
This institutional placement expands the unit base by roughly 17% (dilution), which may pressure short-term unit price. However, the capital raised could strengthen the REIT's balance sheet for future acquisitions or debt reduction.
