Brookfield India REIT reported its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) results on August 1, 2025. Standalone profit after tax rose to Rs. 1,840.84 million versus Rs. 1,045.22 million in Q1 FY25, with basic earnings per unit of Rs. 3.03 (vs Rs. 2.36).
