On the reaction day the stock moved 1.0 pts more than Nifty Midcap 150 and 1.3 pts more than its Capital Markets peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
BSE board approved the appointment of Gopalan S. Raghavan as Executive Director for Vertical 2 covering Regulatory, Compliance, Risk Management and Investor Grievance, effective June 18, 2026, until age 65. Raghavan, a former NSDL Executive Director and part of SEBI's founding team, brings over 30 years of capital markets experience. Chief Regulatory Officer Kamala Kantharaj resigned for personal reasons and was redesignated as Chief - Special Duty until August 26, 2026. Geetha Gangadharan, ex-SEBI CGM (Enforcement), takes over as CRO from June 5, 2026. Names for Vertical 3 ED were also sent to SEBI for approval.
Smooth leadership transition at the exchange. New ED strengthens regulatory and governance bench; CRO change is a planned internal succession with no disruption expected.
