BSL Q3 FY26 revenue came in at Rs 166.88 crore, down 1.7% YoY from Rs 169.78 crore. Nine-month revenue was Rs 509.23 crore vs Rs 511.56 crore, nearly flat. PAT fell sharply to Rs 1.18 crore from Rs 3.05 crore in Q3 last year, a 61% drop. Nine-month PAT slipped to Rs 3.37 crore from Rs 7.87 crore. EBITDA margins compressed from about 9.6% to 7.9% as costs rose. Auditor SSMS and Associates gave an unqualified review report. No exceptional items, no loan defaults, and no impact noted from new labour codes.
Sharp PAT fall despite stable revenue points to margin pressure. Watch for cost control and demand pickup in the next quarter.
