C.E. Info Systems (MapMyIndia) announced Q3 FY26 results alongside a small acquisition. Consolidated revenue from operations fell to Rs. 93.68 crore (from Rs. 113.77 crore in Q2 FY26 and Rs. 114.54 crore in Q3 FY25), while net profit rose slightly to Rs. 18.76 crore (from Rs. 18.52 crore QoQ). For the nine months ended Dec 2025, consolidated net profit declined to Rs. 83.09 crore from Rs. 98.57 crore a year ago. On a standalone basis, Q3 net profit jumped to Rs. 22.49 crore (from Rs. 18.49 crore QoQ). The board also approved a Rs. 2 crore investment to take a 20% partnership stake in M/s Prashant Advanced Survey LLP, a land surveying and HD mapping firm with Rs. 6.70 crore turnover in FY25, to help build next-gen HD maps for India. Additionally, statutory auditors M S K A & Associates converted to an LLP without any change in tenure.
The Q3 revenue dip QoQ and YoY is a concern, though profitability held up on cost control. The Rs. 2 crore investment in the HD mapping LLP is small and strategic, not materially value-changing, but supports the company's long-term HD maps initiative.
