Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Capital India Finance notified shareholders on October 23, 2026 of a special transfer window from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027. It covers qualifying physical-share requests lodged before April 1, 2018 that were previously rejected, returned or not processed. Transferred shares must be credited to a demat account and locked for one year.
Routine notice with no direct earnings impact. Eligible physical-share holders can seek demat conversion, subject to a one-year lock-in.
