Capital Infra Trust opens institutional placement, floor price set at Rs 77.07 per unit

Capital Infra Trust's Investment Manager committee approved opening an institutional placement of units on October 13, 2026. Floor price fixed at Rs 77.07 per unit, with up to 5 percent discount allowed under SEBI InvIT rules. Eligible institutional investors invited to bid through serially numbered placement documents. Issue price will be finalised in consultation with lead managers.
