On the reaction day the stock moved 1.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.4 pts less than its Other Bank peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Board approved Q3 FY26 unaudited results. Net profit Rs 34 cr (flat YoY) hit by Rs 5.13 cr one-time charge for past employee service under new labour codes. Pre-exceptional PAT up 13% YoY to Rs 38 cr; PPOP up 20% to Rs 57 cr. Advances grew 20% YoY to Rs 8,164 cr; deposits 18% to Rs 9,931 cr. GNPA improved to 2.68%, CAR 21.6%. Also approved early redemption of Debenture Series XI and XIII, re-appointment of Munish Jain as Executive Director, and a Postal Ballot Notice.
Strong 20% loan growth, improving asset quality, stable profitability. One-time labour code charge masks underlying PAT growth. Early bond call cuts future interest cost.
