Capri Global Capital Limited has announced that its 31st Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. (IST) via Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means, in compliance with MCA and SEBI guidelines. The Company has fixed Thursday, September 11, 2025, as the Record Date to determine members entitled to receive the proposed final dividend for FY ended March 31, 2025. The final dividend, if declared by shareholders at the AGM, will be paid after deducting tax at source. The announcement was made under Regulation 42 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
