For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, Capri Global Capital posted unaudited consolidated revenue of Rs 11,213.75 million, up 49%, and net profit of Rs 2,359.95 million, up 143%. Half-year revenue rose 45% to Rs 21,251.61 million and net profit rose 138% to Rs 4,108.99 million. The limited review was unmodified. Operating cash outflow was Rs 1,530.73 million; debt-to-equity was 2.01. The board approved related-party transaction disclosures.
Strong profit growth is positive for shareholders, but negative operating cash flow and debt-to-equity above 2 raise funding and cash-use concerns.
