Capri Global Capital's credit rating has been upgraded by Infomerics Valuation and Rating from IVR AA/Positive to IVR AA+/Stable. The upgrade covers bank loan facilities worth Rs. 9,595 crore and non-convertible debentures worth Rs. 3,000 crore. The higher rating reflects improved creditworthiness and lower risk perception. A stable outlook indicates the agency expects the rating to hold in the near term.
Positive: stronger credit profile may lower borrowing costs, improve investor confidence and support growth.
