Board reshuffle: MD re-appointed, 2 IDs resign, 2 new IDs join

On September 2, 2026, the board approved multiple changes: Mr. Manmohan Rao Suddhala (holding 6.42 percent stake) was re-appointed as Managing Director for one year from October 1, 2026. Two new independent directors, Mr. Kondaipally Vamshi Krishna and Mr. Nageswara Rao Parimi, were appointed for five-year terms. Meanwhile, two existing independent directors, Mrs. Lakshmi Gurram and Mr. Kollu Venkatasrinivasa Rao, resigned citing personal and professional reasons. MVK and Associates was named secretarial auditor for five years. All changes need shareholder approval at the AGM.
