Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Carraro India reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 5,649M (down from Rs 5,818M YoY) with profit of Rs 279M and EPS of Rs 4.90. Nine-month revenue was Rs 16,360M with profit of Rs 870M. Board appointed M S K C & Associates LLP as new statutory auditor for 5 years, replacing Deloitte whose term ends at the next AGM. Also approved Rs 623M capex to expand axle capacity from 134,028 to 154,160 units over 18 months. Q3 included Rs 88.7M exceptional charge for new labour code.
Routine auditor rotation and capacity expansion signal growth focus; Q3 profit dipped YoY but nine-month profit up sharply; no major red flags.
