CEAT Limited reported that duplicate share certificates were issued on 19 October 2026 for six folios covering 162 shares. The certificates were issued in place of the original certificates by NSDL, the company's registrar and transfer agent. The shares will be credited electronically to the relevant holders' accounts after the necessary process is completed.
This is a routine administrative replacement with no indicated change in ownership or dilution, so it is unlikely to affect CEAT's share price.
