Ceigall India's board appointed Mr. A. Saravanan as CEO effective Feb 10, 2026. He brings 32 years of infrastructure experience from GMR Group, MW Group Stuttgart, and TCE Consulting. The board also signed a binding offer to sell step-down subsidiary Ceigall Malout Abohar Sadhuwali Highways to Neo Asset Management for Rs 177 crores (around 6.8% of consolidated turnover), expected by June 30, 2026. Q3 FY26 standalone profit after tax rose to Rs 744.56 million from Rs 558.63 million YoY. An FIR was filed over alleged vendor fraud of Rs 89.65 million.
New experienced CEO may support growth. Subsidiary sale brings in Rs 177 cr cash. Q3 profit up 33% YoY shows strong momentum.
