Ceigall India, in a joint venture with Rajinder Infrastructure Private Limited (CIL 70%, RIPL 30%), has emerged as the L1 (lowest) bidder for a road construction project from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways. The project involves building a 37.5 km stretch (Package-2) of the Bile-Migging section of NH-913 (Frontier Highway) in Arunachal Pradesh on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis. The bid cost is Rs. 274.08 crore, with a 48-month construction period followed by a 5-year maintenance phase. This is a domestic government contract with no related party or promoter interest involved in the awarding entity.
Adds a new government-backed order worth Rs. 274.08 crore (Ceigall's share ~Rs. 192 crore) to the company's order book, improving revenue visibility over the next 4-5 years and reinforcing its position in India's road infrastructure sector.
