Ceigall India's subsidiary, Ceigall Ludhiana Bathinda Greenfield Highway Private Limited, has received the formal Appointed Date of September 29, 2025 from NHAI for its ₹981 crore highway project. The project involves building a 6-lane access-controlled greenfield highway (NH-754AD) from km 30+300 to km 75+543, forming part of the Ludhiana–Ajmer Economic Corridor under Bharatmala Pariyojna Phase-I (Package-2) in Punjab. It will be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM), with 730 days of construction followed by 15 years of operation. Separately, the company recently secured a ₹509.20 crore Letter of Award from GMADA for the Aerotropolis township internal roads project in Mohali through its Ceigall–JSPPPL JV.
The appointed date marks the official start of construction, enabling Ceigall to begin billing and revenue recognition on a large government-backed order.
