Ceigall India's wholly owned subsidiary, Ceigall Green Energy MP Limited, executed 15 Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company Limited (MPPMCL) for 130 MW of solar capacity under the government-run Surya Mitra Krishi Feeder Yojana. The project carries an estimated EPC cost of approximately ₹572 crore (including GST), with execution to be completed within 12 months followed by a 25-year operational period. The tariff is fixed at Rs 2.85 per unit over the 25-year term. This marks Ceigall's entry into the renewable energy sector as an integrated infrastructure developer.
The ₹572 crore contract represents a substantial new order win for Ceigall India, signalling meaningful revenue visibility for a company traditionally focused on highways and infrastructure. The 25-year PPA provides long-term cash flow stability, and the EPC value significantly exceeds 5% of estimated annual revenue, making this a major contract announcement.
