On the reaction day the stock moved 0.6 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.8 pts more than its Civil Construction peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Ceigall India's wholly owned subsidiary, Jam Khambhaliya Jamnagar Power Transmission Limited, has signed a Transmission Service Agreement with Central Transmission Utility of India Limited (CTUIL) to develop and operate an inter-state transmission system. The project is for evacuating power from Lakadia Phase-II (7.5 GW), Khambhaliya Phase-II (5.5 GW) and Jamnagar Phase-I (1 GW), Part B. This continues an earlier communication dated October 12, 2026, and is filed under SEBI Listing Regulations.
Major new power transmission order through subsidiary, likely strengthening the order book and providing multi-year revenue visibility from government-backed infrastructure.
