Ceinsys Tech reported audited FY2025-26 standalone revenue of Rs 6,351.7 crore with net profit of Rs 154.2 crore (vs Rs 81.4 crore in FY24). Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 6,607 crore with net profit of Rs 156.1 crore. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 3.50 per share (35% on face value of Rs 10), subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Anand Paranjape, Vice President & Head-Mobility (Senior Management), resigned effective June 5, 2026. The Board also approved PwC Services LLP as internal auditors for FY2026-27 and proposed a postal ballot for revisions in remuneration of Chairman, Managing Directors and Executive VP. Unutilised preferential issue proceeds of Rs 2,350.5 crore remain in bank deposits.
Strong financial growth year-on-year with near doubling of net profit. The resignation of a senior manager (non-board level) and upcoming remuneration revisions for multiple MDs are administrative in nature with minimal share price impact.
