Board approved leadership changes effective Oct 19, 2026. Mrs Bindu Gupta stepped down as CFO and KMP due to organisational restructuring but continues as Executive Director. CA Ravi Kumar, a Chartered Accountant with about 47 years of experience across banking, insurance and corporate finance, takes over as new CFO. The board also approved the draft Information Memorandum for migrating from NSE Emerge to the NSE Main Board and direct listing on BSE. New secretarial auditor M/s Divya Rani and Associates and internal auditor Mr Chirag Gupta were also appointed for FY 2026-27.
