Centum Electronics has signed a Strategic Teaming Agreement with Indra Air Traffic Inc, a global defence and air traffic technology leader. The two will jointly develop and manufacture advanced air navigation systems in India for the Indian Navy. The partnership combines Centum's engineering, R&D and manufacturing strengths with Indra's global expertise and aligns with the Aatmanirbhar Bharat self-reliance push in defence.
Positive for shareholders. Opens a new defence revenue stream tied to the Indian Navy and strengthens the long term order book. No open offer triggered.
