On the reaction day the stock moved 0.1 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.2 pts more than its Consumer Durables peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For the September 2026 quarter, revenue rose 27.4% year on year to Rs 602.96 crore, but net profit slipped 0.9% to Rs 56.14 crore; earnings per share was Rs 43.52. In the half year, revenue rose 23.7% to Rs 1,088.94 crore, while net profit fell 1.7% to Rs 101.45 crore. Operating cash flow nearly doubled to Rs 142.76 crore. Proposed five-year reappointments: Vikram Somany and independent director Anandh Sundar, subject to shareholder approval.
Strong sales and cash flow are positive, but slightly lower profit may cap investor optimism. Proposed reappointments support board continuity.
