CFO and Whole Time Director Mohit Sharma resigns; Sahil Mahawar new CFO

The board on September 22, 2026 accepted the resignation of Mr. Mohit Sharma from his posts of Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer, citing personal reasons. He will continue as a Non-Executive Director. The same day, the board appointed Mr. Sahil Mahawar, a Commerce graduate and Company Secretary with experience in finance, SEBI law and corporate governance, as the new CFO.
