CFO Senthil Kumar Bellan promoted to Managing Director of Axentra Corp

Axentra Corp (formerly Dugar Housing Developments) has appointed Mr. Senthil Kumar Bellan as Managing Director for a 5 year term starting July 14, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. He is currently the company Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, so this is an internal promotion. He has over 27 years of international finance and operations experience across India, Malaysia, Oman, Jordan, Australia and Sri Lanka, holds an MBA in Finance and M.Com, and specialises in accounting, taxation and cross border financial services.
