Chairman and Independent Director resigns citing health reasons

Mr. Partha Sarathi Bhattacharyya has resigned as Chairman and Independent Director of McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited, effective 13th August 2026. The reason cited is personal, specifically age-related health issues. He also ceases to be Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of other board committees. The company confirmed there are no other material reasons. He continues as Independent Director at Texmaco Rail and Ramkrishna Forgings.
