Chalet Hotels Limited has informed the Exchange about General Updates - Acquisition

Chalet Hotels Limited has approved the acquisition of Seasons Hotels Private Limited, which owns the Inder Residency Resort & Spa in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The 144-room hotel property spans 8.2 acres and is being acquired for Rs. 1,710 million (₹171 crores) in cash. Chalet Hotels will acquire 100% of the equity shares, with completion expected by May 15, 2026. The property will be upgraded to an upper upscale/premium lifestyle destination and may see room expansion. This acquisition marks Chalet Hotels' entry into the Rajasthan market, aligning with its strategy to expand in high-growth leisure destinations.
