Mr. Anand Agarwal resigned as CFO effective May 8, 2025 (closing business hours) to pursue an opportunity outside the company, and will be relieved by May 12, 2025. The Board simultaneously appointed Mr. Anuj Jain as the new CFO effective May 9, 2025. Mr. Anuj Jain is a long-time internal employee who joined the company in 2001 and brings over 38 years of experience in finance, accounts, taxation, treasury, internal audit, and regulatory affairs. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and an Associate Company Secretary.
