Cigniti Technologies announced that its current CFO, Mr. Krishnan Venkatachary, will superannuate (retire) with his last working day on October 27, 2025. The Board has appointed Mr. Ashish Arora as the new Chief Financial Officer (KMP) effective October 28, 2025. Mr. Arora is a rank-holder Chartered Accountant with over 22 years of finance experience and currently serves as Global Finance Controller and SVP – Finance at parent company Coforge Limited since April 2020. His prior experience includes Genpact, EXL, and Maruti Udyog Limited.
This is a planned leadership transition (retirement-based) rather than an unexpected exit, which should limit market concern.
