Bank of Baroda has informed stock exchanges about two changes in its Key Managerial Personnel effective 26 May 2025. Mr. L Sridhar Inumella, a Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of experience in the bank's financial and credit operations, has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Additionally, Mr. Chayani Manoj Sundar, a Chartered Accountant and ICWA with over 19 years of experience at the bank, has been redesignated as Zonal Head – Bengaluru.
