Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Chemcrux Enterprises has informed BSE that the trading window for its securities will be closed from 1 October 2026. This is a SEBI-mandated compliance step ahead of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending 30 September 2026. The window will reopen 48 hours after results are declared. Promoters, directors, KMPs, employees and their relatives cannot trade during this period.
Routine compliance filing. No direct impact on stock price. Board meeting date for results to be announced later.
